Pukekohe Performing Arts staged a 10 night season of Mary Poppins Jr at the Harrington Theatre in April, featuring a cast of 28 young people. 10 performances were held and every one was almost a sell-out. Director Hayle Va’a and a team of volunteers were responsible for lighting, set painting, costumes, set and props.
 
Highlights: Our cast of children did an amazing job of bringing these characters to life and we had some incredible audiences who could not clap loud enough. The kids loved being a part of this show and we have had many enquiries for more children's theatre productions due to our work over the years in youth theatre.
